Hi, i just redeemed the addon for the USA using my points it was 20 points to get the usa 5 gig and talk and text and it said it would show under my account but i dont see it. Does it add the addon automatically or do i have to go to the addons area ...

What is going on? How can anyone get help when posts are removed?I just need help from a service rep about an addon i paid for for usa roaming. I cant find my post.
