Have had "Suspended" service for the past week. My account is apparently "Active" and payment is not due until the 23rd of September. Nothing has changed on my end, ie, havn't moved to a new location.
This is such an incredibly annoying method for customer service support. So when I type in "@moderator_team" in "Send To" for private messages there are no known matches, so it auto-deletes.
