I have reached out to cs_agent. Restarted a few times. They reset the connection on their end... No solution unfortunately 

On a Reddit post someone suggested to add phone app to spam caller screen on pixel and it seemed to help for a bit and the problem came back. Literally have to say hello 5 times like an idiot before it connects.
