Community

We are in Mexico.  Locals cannot make phone calls to either my or my husband's number which are on a Canada/US/Mexico account.What is the problem?  How can this be remedied?  

Can I change my email address associated with my Public Mobile Account?  I want to use this email address for my husband's new account.
