I have a new sim I purchased on an exiting account and haven't activated. I tried to set up a second phone account using the new sim card but the system says it's not valid. How do I transfer the sim to the new account?
I have 2 unique emails and 2 accounts. I bought the sim for the 2nd account in the my original account but never activated it. PM says the number isn't valid. The only thing I can think f is that I purchased it in the wrong account.
