Could not see plan or account information

Hello all,When I recover email from mobile phone and reset password, I can not see my current plan or payment options. I'm not sure how can I get access to my account number.

I'm using email which I get when you try to recover email by entering your phone number.

This screen does not come up, It asks to select new plan
