I uploaded a new card, and tried a new subscription and it won't let me pay.

I don't have any options to make a payment. It says I have used 0/10gb on my subscription on my overview, and I went to manage payments and re-entered the cc. But there is no place to make a payment. My subscription won't renew until May 14. I can't ...
