I tried to activate my new SIM and to port my number over from my existing provider, Telus. I provided all information required and got this error which didn't specify what went wrong. Can someone help?
Yep, my Telus account is active and I used the account number. I didn't even get to the SMS step, I think. Something seems to have gone wrong before that, because I was just finishing up the SIM activation flow. Thanks, I will get in touch with agent...
