Any other way to get in contact with them? It's been over 60 hours and still no response from them? This is getting ridiculous as I am unable to use my phone with my old phone number.

Yes I have checked, still no answer. I am getting very disappointed in their response time. 

How long does this usually take? It's been almost 24 hours and no response from an agent
