I have not been able to login for 2 months and always getting Forbidden A1 on all kinds of devices and networks and browsers. I also reset passwords many times. This is way too UNACCEPTABLE
Another real dumb part is that I cannot submit a ticket myself when directly in the Chatbot because I will have to log in to do that. and that leads to another 403 response page.
