I got charged for 8 months after canceling my account and now Public does not want to reimburse me.

I canceled on January 26th 2026, not sure how, but I have everything on my email as proof. I'm already talking to an agent but that I cannot seem to solve it. I'm considering filing a complaint to CCTS.
