This is the same help I got when I tried to subscribe (None).  I just want to cancel the process and the account!!!!

I tried to disable subscribe twice. It just takes me back here

I am very tired of this circular nonsense.  First I coundn't complete my payment because the software froze, now i'm being taken in circles trying to cancel by account
