I am a new customer here, and I can’t seem to port my number in by doing it online. I noticed on here that in order to port from Koodo prepaid, I need help from a moderator, so could someone help me out? thank you
If you bought your sim at a retailer, most times they will just give you a new one, they have done it for me in the past. But I would try the moderator first to see if the sim was in fact activated without you knowing.
