Hi. The red dot on my voicemail will not go away. Also a 2nd problem of wanting my phone to go down to 4G as I ordered or LTE, from 5G, as 5G seems to kill my battery from 4 days down to 3 days

Thank you. The LTE fix worked, too easy. but the red dot has not gone away after 5 shut down attempts
