New account. Apparently I can't change my address to ship my SIM card to another address?

It just keeps cycling me back to the Activation Page. Which I can't activate cause they haven't mailed me the SIM Card yet. And I won't get the SIM card anytime soon if I can't update the shipping address...frustration...
