Very disappointed in the self serve portal! first time user trying to sign up.2 credit cards declined which are verified clear directly from my bank private message to community advocate has no solution.yuck!!! i'll be gone in 24 hrs
not prepaid and verified by my bank as clear. they say the postal code does not match my profile here. but cs agent can't access or get me access to edit/look at my postal.this is WAYYYY too much work to try to become a customer
