Why do I keep getting payment failures? The website shows "Payment Failed! Please try again or use a different payment method".. But my card is an RBC credit card and I can pay successfully otherwhere else.

I had the same problem as you and couldn't pay after trying everything. All I can say is that it was a very bad experience.

Thank you, my card is valid and I just used it to pay for something else successfully. I am still unable to activate this SIM due to payment issues.

Yes, I tried all the methods you gave and on the app I can't pay either, it says “credit card validation faield. please try again”.

Thank you! I am a new subscriber and I have SIM card. I am now experiencing this payment issue while activating.
