How to switch from $29/10GB plan to $29/20GB plan

Hi I am currently with PM $29/10GB plan, I found today that PM now has $29/20GB + 100 minutes international call plan. How can I switch to the new plan? I tried Change Subscriptions from my account but the new plan does not show. Thanks.

That's too bad. If I transfer out and then re-create an account, will it work as walk around?
