Thanks everyone for your help. Turned out PM couldn't process my autopay then suspended my connection 2nd time logged in to my account, and found out the message! Services are resumed.
Thanks. i can only receive PM verification code. All other services are down, phone calls, messaging, internet. I checked my account, i have enough data. I've rebooted my phone, but didn't work.
