I was fizz user but account number is incorrect

Hi, I received a notice that account number is incorrect and I am unable to create a ticket. So what can I do now?

I have messaged Customer Support around 4 hours ago and I haven't received any response yet. However, I tried to trun off my Fizz eSim and turn on Public mobile eSim, and the network works fine. Is it safe to assume the issue is resolved?
