Its been 11 hours since I asked for help. Ive been out all night with anxiety. I do not understand what is the hold up

4 hours now and no help. Why cant this be automated

It is an upcoming plan change that I did on the 28th march for 17th april. I need it to change now. The plan im changing to doesnt exist anymore.

Why is it so hard to renew a new upcoming plan early? Theres a button to cancel the change, but nothing to activate right away. I have to talk to a chatbot that, for the life of me, needs to be talked to with specific prompts or he will plead ignoran...
