My wife has a new activation. Everything works fine except when she calls me she can't hear ringing. My phone rings on my side and when I pick it up, it connects. So far she does not have this issue calling anybody, but me.
Thanks for the reply. I switched the SIM cards in the phones and they're both working the way it should. Ring tone on both on outgoing calls. Switched back the cards, problem again. Both PM SIMs. The one with the problem is a Galaxy S9, the other one...
