is there public mobile customer support number that can be reached to talk to them to downgrade the plan.

@Handy1 , i see this $23 plan available for my daughters number ,but its not available in my account where  i wish to downgrade. will the customer support be able help downgrade my plan to $23, or else i would have no option port my number to differe...
