Text Saying 'Welcome to the US' when I am not in the US

I was driving home from friends this afternoon and got a text from Public saying 'Welcome to the US'. I am 2 hours from the US border and have never received this before. What could it be? A glitch or some tower misread?

Thanks! Is 2 hours drive considered close to border areas? Also, I drive that route every week and hadn't had that message until today. Weird.

Thanks. It's just that is hasn't happened before, but it was foggy and weird weather. Who knows.
