thanks for the info.  Find it frustrating that customer service has been gaslighting me.  they should have definite answers but wont commit 

I have a 1 GB data plan,   2 GB bonus data I can draw from  if I go over my 1GB and 1000 minutes US long distance as bonus for initially switching to public as well as christmas bonuses.  I am thinking of changing to a 6GB plan.  Customer service sai...

how do you know if plan is incompatible.   customer service chat said it may not transfer but couldt confirm. rather useless
