Make sure your address for the card you’re trying to use is the same as the public mobile billing address

Make sure the card you’re trying to use has the same address as your public account for billing 

Have you tried turning off phone and then back on.. stupid i know but sometimes its the stupid things that work out. Couldnt believe that was the issue i was having when dealing with the same problem
