I am an existing customer so my account was activated long ago. I just couldn't get to the login page to log into my account. P.S. What is the user name to submit the direct message to?
I can't even get to the login page. There was no response when I clicked My Account on the PM main page. All that I can see is the promotion and plan info.
I see that the PM website and app are not working with issues, also many email and SMS promotions asking customers to move to Telus plans. Is Public Mobile going to discontinue in near future?
