 Why i am i on the 45$/mth plan when i had agree for 25$/th plan in along time thats fraud i never authorized it and public mobile  put me on 45$ plan without my consent i never gave authorization to use my credit card or was never on auto roll i alw...

I get this message   <Phone number not eligible for port> when i try to port my landline number to public mobile don't know what I'm  doing wrong??
