Anyone else have issues with not being able to make outgoing calls? Today is the day my subscription is supposed to renew (automatically like every month since August) and it's instead saying my account is suspended because I need to make a payment?
So I've restarted my phone after updating the app. No luck. Then I went on to make a payment online...... it 'wasnt able to process the payment' to the card on file (my husbands card..... which has been working fine since August). And then I trued...
I did. The super annoying thing is it also won't accept my VISA (which is used online for literally everything for out home and all accounts) so I had to use my husbands card and can't check his account until he's home from work.
