I stopped receiving text promotions how can i fix that so i receive them?

Good Morning I switched plans a couple days ago. My profile shows the new plan, but payment has not been processed. Also the start stop dates don't match. How can i tell if the plan has changed. My wife's plan appears to have the same issues.
