I ported to fizz and ported back to public today to get the 50% deali am now unable to receive calls. I can make calls but i see it switch to 3g

I made a new account with fizz and entered my PM details to port to fizz. its been about 5 hours and i havent received a text from PM to confirm port out to fizz
