Since I changed my plan from Cdn-US to Cdn-US-Mexico I cant call 1800 or 1888 calls.I get 8UM1 messageTried to call Cdn Immigration 1-888 number and got the 8UM1 message, tried other 1-800 numbers received the same. I
I have created a ticket, if not resolved shortly I will be looking for a different company.I paid for service and you can not provide it, especially given its a KNOW issue
