I tried all these things to try and fix it myself, but I can't even Telus couldn't when I went to the mall to try and fix this.So stupid a telus employee isn't able to do things for telus. This is the worst customer support in my life

I did all of this already, and the agent won't help me. I need my phone turned on immediately, the calls I am missing are so important. I'm going to be facing huge financial loss by not being able to get my calls.
