After contacting a CS Agent, this has been resolved. I had deleted my eSim, not knowing that the text for porting my number had not gone through. I had to reach out to my old provider to verbally tell them to transfer my number. Thank you to all who ...
It is now saying that my eSim is not provisioned. I've follow all of the above steps, but no luck. I have messaged an agent, and I'm just waiting for their response. Thank you for the help.
