I can't get past the Full Access code screen.  I am asked to enter a code from my phone number to get Full Access but, my phone number doesn't seem to be connected.  I have been going in circles here for two days.  What do I do to get my phone number...

I successfully transferred my number on Thur but I can only make calls. I submitted a ticket and hope someone can help me with a solution.
