New user am only receiving SOME incoming texts

I recently ported to Public (2 days) and it seems l am not receiving some incoming texts (while others come in with no issues). Please advise!

I can receive all calls and some texts. The unreceived texts are from personal numbers. The personal numbers I have texted with are receiving my texts.
