Thank you for the detailed response. I can’t see the ‘sim replacement’ option. I only see ‘shop shop’ option. 

Hi, I need to replace my simcard keeping the same number. I went to one of the public mobile vendors today (mobile klinik bloor yonge toronto) to get it but they said it is not possible to keep the same number. I am a bit confused?
