HiI have a number registered in Ottawa/Hull because living in gatineau.  Unfortunaletaly I'm not able to call in Quebec. Can you help me?thanks.

Hello, mon numéro est localisé dans la zone de Ottawa/Hull mais je ne peux émettre des appels au Québec pourtant je vis à Gatineau (au Quebec). Comment faire pour resoudre ce problème.Merci.
