my wife doesnt have an access to her cell phone, should would like to update the payment method , but in order to connect to her public mobile account the code sent to her cell phone , what should she do?

when I hit resend it pos out a window and asks me to send a text or voice mail... no other option ....

it doesnt have that option/ just ask to resend the code to the phone number
