I’m not trying to close my account. I am with PUBLIC MOBILE and my husband is with TELUS. Neither one of us have service.

Mu husband is directly with Telus and he doesn’t have service either.

I’ve checked the telus outage map and there are no outages for Orillia, ontario.  I’ve rebooted my phone a few times as well as removed and replaced my sim card… no change 

My iPhone signal stuck on SOS.  Currently connected via hotspot on my husband’s phone
