New ESim Purchase Maintenance Error

Has anyone been able to purchase an ESim recently? I keep getting a maintenance error Oct 3 to 4th but we are in the week of Oct 25th now. I cannot complete my cellular data for my new phone because of this error.

I tried these options but unfortunately the error is still occurring.

I sent a message and completed a ticket last night and tried to message again when the opened at 9am. Have yet to hear. Hopefully soon.
