Please help, I called the number and they said they fixed my issue and i will have service in 90 minutes but it still doesn’t work and i can longer reach them.
I disabled fizz eSIM and have tried to call my PM number from another phone and tried calling another phone from my PM eSIM but both times I am getting a busy tone.
The setup can potentially be a little problematic, but I personally like the eSIM over the physical SIM as if your phone ever gets stolen, the thief can remove your SIM card, but they can’t remove an eSIM without your password.
