Same issue here. I have the us/can/Mexico plan cut when I travel to USA everything works except I cannot make a phone call. I can receive them but not make them. Tech staff at public mobile have been of no help and are a waste of time.

I have same problem. Able to receive calls and not make them in the USA. Has to do with his phone. Don't bother with the support the are a waste of time
