I tried - and get the same message from PM "sorry, your number couldn't be completed as dialed......"

we're all calling the same number and only one of the three of us can get through.

I am using the +1, the area code and the number

Not sure why it would work for one public mobile user and not all.  Three of us are trying to call the same number.  Two don't work but the third does.
