Esim did not install. Now I can't access the app since my texts are not reaching me to confirm

So, I am trapped. The esim install failed. I have no way of logging into the app now since the app needs to send me a code to get access!!!

There is no bubble. Only a "need help" icon that takes me to the standard help page
