PM is more likely to be a pre-paid service. Based on my experience with Koodo pre-paid, you might not be able to have the unused balance back...But just like other comments, ask for it.
try to clear the cookies and log in again. If Chrome, the btn to clear cookie is in the browsing history, there are also plugins to delete the cookie for the current website only.
