I would search competitors pricing. When you see a better rate msg public mobile and tell them you’ll switch if they don’t match the rate. And if they don’t match it, switch.
I have had to turn my phone off and then back on when I cross the boarder coming home so it connects back to PM. I’ve had no problems connecting and using my phone going into the US but if you are having issues try that.
