I am trying to port the number from Fido to public. I paid for the service, replied YES and thought it was all done.But here I am, on the phone with someone who is supposed to approve the port and won't because the POA needs to be submitted to Public...
I did all of this and now I am on the phone with a phone rep (not Public) and they are saying I have to submit a copy of the POA to Public Mobile or I cannot port the number.
