Just activated a new line, but I can't use it - no texts work, and when I call out I get an error

I'd been rebooting it continally in hopes it would work.. It had to go to CS, who did something - after that, rebooting worked!

Yeah it's an activation issue... No errors anywhere through the process, and the phone is nicely showing "Public Mobile" with 3/4 signal bars.... but no text, and the 7B1 message when I call out... CS ticket time, thanks!
