I was charged to many times for my subscription and I can not get through to anyone on what to do. Can someone please help me.

No my account says it’s paid till march 7

It charged my bank account but my account said it was on hold than it charged me again for my subscription

No I’m not a new customer I’ve been with public for over a year and this is the first time this has happened
